Welcome to the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attraction's Swan Canning Waterways Branch online grant application service. This form is for those applying for Round 9 of the Community Rivercare Program.

The State Government is continuing its commitment to community volunteer groups through the Community Rivercare Program. Over the next two years (2026-28) there will be a total of $700,000 available for community groups to deliver onground projects in the waterways of the Swan Canning catchment.
This program is administered by the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA).
Please read the Funding Guidlines (the Guidelines) on the Community Rivercare Program webpage before completing this application.
It is important that you confirm your organisation's eligibility before commencing the application. Refer to Section 3 of the Guidelines. If in doubt, please contact the Community Rivercare Program team at rivers.systems@dbca.wa.gov.au.
